How much does a consultation cost?

All our consultations are free of charge, as we're compensated by the financial institutions. So our advice doesn't come with a bill attached.

Do I need to speak Czech?

No. Our consultants work in Czech, English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese. You choose your language in the form, and we match you with someone who speaks it.

I am not a Czech citizen, can you still help me?

Yes. Most of our clients are expats, including non-EU residents and people on various visa types. We work with foreign income, freelancers, and cases that Czech banks often turn away on a first attempt.

What happens after I send the form?

A consultant contacts you directly, usually the same or next working day. If you didn't pick a specific consultant, our system assigns you to the next available one automatically, so you're never left waiting.

Am I committing to anything by getting in touch?

No. The first conversation is an overview of your situation and your options. You decide afterwards whether you'd like to go further.
